has been making dreams come true for thousands of satisfied travelers for more than 35 years. The agency was founded in 1965 by Robert and Hope Stevens and purchased in 1986 by its manager, Sue Leigland, one of its first employees.

Under Sue's effective leadership, Montana Travel expanded its staff from 3 to 15, opened the first drive-up window in the Mountain West, and installed the first automated airlines computer system in Bozeman. Throughout the years the innovations have continued, and as the travel industry changed, Montana Travel kept pace.

An affiliation with American Express brought special services and travel opportunities to our clients. Because of our excellence Northwest Airlines, Horizon Air and Delta Airlines authorized Montana Travel to offer lower air fares to Montana than any other travel agency in the state. Montana Travel is one of only 12 agencies in the country to be allowed to offer such deeply discounted fares.

Today Montana Travel has a staff of 18, the most senior of whom have been with the agency for more than 20 years. In an industry where change is the norm, this group of dedicated, experienced professionals provides unparalleled service to our clients.
